At whatLeilaloves, we want you to be completely obsessed with your new wardrobe additions. If something isn't quite right, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure all garments are in their original condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original packaging if possible.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
